Mentora Global was born from lived experience, not theory.
My journey began with a foundation in Luxury Brand Management, complemented by a minor in Business Administration an education that shaped my understanding of precision, perception, and excellence. As an international student myself, I navigated unfamiliar systems, cultural nuances, and high stakes decisions that would ultimately shape my future. Experiencing those challenges firsthand gave me a deep, personal understanding of how confusing, isolating, and transactional education and career guidance can often feel when it matters most.
I entered the professional world through sales and marketing, where performance was measured ruthlessly and results spoke louder than intent. I thrived in that environment, consistently exceeding targets, achieving KPIs, and earning rapid promotions early in my career.
That success led me to transition into Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, where my impact expanded beyond revenue into people, structure, and long term organizational health. Across industries fintech, biotech, IT, finance, hospitality, and healthcare I was entrusted with building SOPs, structuring hiring processes, and introducing innovative strategies to attract, assess, and retain exceptional talent. I worked closely with leadership teams, trained hiring managers on how to interview with intention, and helped organizations build high performing teams designed for longevity, not short term wins.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, India, China, Japan, and South Korea. This global exposure gave me a rare cross cultural understanding of how ambition, talent, and business strategy intersect and where they consistently break down.
And that is where the gaps became impossible to ignore.
I saw recruitment agencies prioritizing speed over substance submitting resumes without context, chemistry, or care. I witnessed in house teams struggling to articulate their needs, unable to build trust with external partners who never truly understood their business. I observed HR consultants arriving with pre packaged solutions, attempting to “fix” organizations without first understanding the realities of the business itself.
In education and career consulting, I recognized the same pattern I had experienced personally as an international student: standardized advice offered to individuals with vastly different challenges, goals, and constraints. Rarely did anyone take the time to understand the full picture background, aspirations, limitations, and potential before offering guidance.
In PR, I saw brands handed identical playbooks, despite each company possessing a unique narrative that, if positioned with clarity and strategy, could elevate their presence far beyond industry norms.
There was information everywhere but understanding nowhere.
Effort everywhere but alignment nowhere.
